Current StaySigns status
The public StaySigns journey currently lets you explore packages and sign choices and, after sign-in, save a selection. It does not send visitors to a StaySigns checkout or claim that payment or fulfillment has completed.
Historical orders
For an existing order, a duplicate charge, a failed download, or another payment issue, use the contact form and include the email used at checkout plus the Stripe receipt id. We keep the established payment verification, receipt, refund, and download paths available for this support.
How to ask for help
Contact us at staysigns@polsia.app or use the contact form. Never include full card numbers, expiry dates, or security codes.
Future purchases
If a complete StaySigns purchase and delivery path is enabled, its checkout and terms will show the applicable package price and delivery conditions before payment. This page will be updated at that time.
